The Commons Building offers a new construction option within this unique campus known as The Homes of Parker Commons. While the Hogg Building and Parker Building were undergoing conversion to multi-family living, The Commons Building was raised on the site of what once was the gymnasium enjoyed by the students of both Parker Middle School and Hogg Elementary. While the Commons Building maintains some of the exterior historical elements of the gym, the interiors were newly constructed in 2000. This building has a charm and character all its own, offering the residents a patio or balcony, and large living areas.
